CAPRESE MICHELANGELO – Il presidente Mauro Fiorucci: “E’ stata una vittoria di squadra, grazie a tutti” Quasi 10.000 persone nei due weekend della Festa della Castagna e del Marrone Dop di Caprese Michelangelo, quelli del 15-16 e 22-23 ottobre. Si chiude con successo la prima edizione della festa organizzata dall’omonimo comitato, complici anche le condizioni meteo favorevoli.
“È stata una vittoria di squadra e per questo voglio ringraziare le associazioni del territorio, il Comune di Caprese Michelangelo e tutta la popolazione che si è mossa per organizzare al meglio il più importante evento dell’anno – afferma Mauro Fiorucci, presidente del comitato organizzatore – ci sono ancora margini di miglioramento, seppure nel complesso siamo più che soddisfatti dell’ottima riuscita perché ognuno ha fatto la sua parte. Tanta gente da tutto il centro Italia ha potuto apprezzare la festa, il Marrone e le bellezze artistiche, culturali, enogastronomiche e naturalistiche del nostro territorio. Qualche giorno di meritato riposo e poi metteremo subito mano all’edizione 2023, la 53° totale”. Nel primo weekend grande spazio all’enogastronomia e prodotti tipici, mentre nel secondo si è aggiunto lo sport con la passeggiata in bicicletta e lo ‘show-cooking’ promosso da Coldiretti Arezzo dove l’amministrazione comunale di Caprese Michelangelo ha sfidato ai fornelli quelle della Valtiberina. Festa che ha ospitato anche la presentazione di due importanti libri: quello del professor Alberto Benedetti “La valle di Caprese Michelangelo nel basso medioevo. Società e territorio” e l’altro della psichiatra Adelia Lucattini dal titolo “Psicoanalisti in Lockdown”. Anche due vip del piccolo e grande schermo sono state presenti alla Festa della Castagna, grazie all’imprenditore del posto Marcello Fontana: Miss Cinema 2021 Krizia Moretti e l’attrice Maria Monsè. “La festa deve essere un grande contenitore di eventi – termina il presidente – per promuovere l’intero territorio sotto tutti i punti di vista: per la prima volta abbiamo ottenuto il patrocinio del Consiglio Regionale della Toscana e per questo ringrazio il vicepresidente Marco Casucci per l’impegno e la presenza a Caprese Michelangelo, insieme a lui la Senatrice Tiziana Nisini e la presidente della Provincia di Arezzo Silvia Chiassai”.
