SANSEPOLCRO – Giovedì 17 agosto verrà effettuato un primo intervento di monitoraggio nelle zone segnalate: Porta del Ponte, Piazza Beccari e San Paolo. La presenza di ungulati in città ha portato l’Amministrazione comunale ad attivarsi per il contenimento degli stessi a tutela della popolazione. Da tempo ormai, un certo numero di cinghiali gravita quotidianamente nelle vie del centro creando notevoli disagi per la popolazione, con rischi per la viabilità cittadina e la sicurezza di abitanti e visitatori.
Sono molte le segnalazioni giunte nelle ultime settimane, sia agli uffici comunali che alle forze dell’ordine del territorio valtiberino. Data la gravità della situazione l’Amministrazione comunale, ha richiesto alla Regione Toscana un intervento utile alla risoluzione di questo annoso problema. E’ stato quindi autorizzato un intervento di contenimento che sarà gestito, come previsto da apposito Decreto regionale, dalla Polizia Provinciale in collaborazione con ATC e Polizia Municipale di Sansepolcro.
