Domenica 20 ottobre si è conclusa con grande entusiasmo l’ottava edizione del Festival “Meno Alti dei Pinguini”, un evento dedicato all’infanzia promosso da Progetto 5 e a cura di CasermArcheologica nel centro storico di Arezzo che ha saputo coinvolgere e affascinare oltre 2.000 tra bambini, bambine e genitori. Il tema centrale di quest’anno è stato la “meraviglia”, elemento fondante della Pedagogia Povera espressa dall’artista Antonio Catalano.
Attorno a questo concetto è stato costruito un programma ricco di incontri, eventi e laboratori, con l’obiettivo di creare spazi per la bellezza e lo stupore, soprattutto per i più piccoli Durante i tre giorni del festival, Progetto 5 ha offerto alla città e ai suoi abitanti, grandi e piccoli, un percorso esperienziale capace di attivare lo sguardo meravigliato che nasce dall’infanzia e continua ad animare Meno Alti dei Pinguini . Anche quest’anno, la risposta della città è stata eccezionale: bambini, bambine e famiglie hanno riempito le sale del Circolo Artistico, della Casa Museo Ivan Bruschi, della Fraternita dei Laici e del Teatro Virginian, partecipando a numerose attività che hanno saputo stimolare curiosità, creatività e stupore. Tra gli eventi di maggior successo, Pagina Bianca ha visto migliaia di persone riversarsi in Piazza San Jacopo per colorare una gigantesca tela bianca, trasformando Corso Italia in un’opera d’arte collettiva. L’iniziativa si è conclusa con una sfilata di “pinguini”, accompagnata da musica e tanta allegria in un saluto festoso che ha chiuso il festival con un arrivederci al prossimo anno. Gli ospiti coinvolti hanno dato un contributo essenziale alla qualità del festival. Antonio Catalano ha guidato i partecipanti alla scoperta dei Mondi Fragili , installazioni poetiche e percorsi artistici che hanno incantato grandi e piccoli con la loro semplicità e profondità. Il collettivo Emi.Artes ha invece condotto Foresta In.Coro , un laboratorio in cui i bambini hanno dato vita ad alberi colorati e fantasiosi, diventati protagonisti della successiva parata. Ilaria Margutti, con il laboratorio Tela di Comunità , ha invitato bambini e adulti a ricamare insieme ispirandosi alle forme della natura, creando così una simbolica connessione tra l’arte e l’ecosistema. Samuele Boncompagni ha invece incantato i più piccoli con lo spettacolo La Notte in Tasca , un racconto teatrale delicato e suggestivo dedicato ai bimbi dai 2 ai 4 anni.. Grazie alla fiducia di Progetto 5, che per il secondo anno consecutivo ha affidato a CasermArcheologica la curatela dell’intero festival, “Meno Alti dei Pinguini” si è confermato un appuntamento imperdibile per le famiglie aretine e non solo. La varietà delle attività proposte e l’elevato numero di partecipanti hanno reso questa edizione un successo straordinario, testimoniando l’importanza di offrire spazi creativi e formativi ai più piccoli. Un sentito ringraziamento va a tutte le famiglie che hanno partecipato ea tutti coloro che hanno collaborato alla realizzazione di questo evento unico. Vi aspettiamo per la prossima edizione!
